Website Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Lometa LLC handles information when you visit lometa.si or lometa.co, use the public Lometa website, or contact our team. Expert account and project information is covered by the separate Expert Privacy Notice. A signed client agreement may govern information processed for a client project.

Information we collect
When you submit the public contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and, if you provide it, company name. We also receive information you choose to provide in other communications. The form does not ask for a phone number or file upload. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, confidential business records, or sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security systems may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested page or endpoint, browser and device characteristics, and security or error events. The website stores your privacy preference in browser storage as described in the Cookie and Storage Notice. We do not use the public website contact form to make decisions about you.
How we use information
We use information to operate and maintain the website; respond to questions and business inquiries; evaluate and follow up on a requested conversation; remember your privacy preference; protect the site, accounts, people, and systems; maintain business and security records; and meet legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Sources and legal grounds
We receive information directly from you and, when needed to provide and secure the site, from our hosting and service providers. We do not buy personal information for the public website. Where a law requires a legal ground, we process information to respond to your request or take steps you ask us to take, to pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, to comply with legal obligations, or with your consent when consent is required.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The public site uses necessary browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support site security. The current site code does not include an analytics, advertising, or session-replay tool, and we do not use optional analytics or advertising trackers on the public site. If that changes, we will update this notice and the Cookie and Storage Notice and obtain consent where required before optional technologies operate.
How information is shared
We use service providers to host and operate the site and support its functions. The current application uses Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Supabase for authentication and application services, and Resend to deliver contact-form messages to Lometa. These providers process information to provide services to us under their applicable terms. We may also disclose information when you direct us to do so, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to address fraud or security issues, or in connection with a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising through the public website.
Retention
We keep contact messages and related records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, manage follow-up, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical and security records are retained for the period needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service and under provider retention settings. Privacy choices remain in browser storage until you clear or replace them. Backup copies may remain for a limited period as they cycle out of ordinary backup systems.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose whether to allow optional analytics in the privacy panel and change your choice using Cookie settings in the site footer. The current site does not load optional analytics or advertising trackers. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may submit a request at privacy@lometa.si. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also contact your local privacy regulator.
U.S. state privacy disclosures
The categories of information collected through the public website are identifiers and contact details you provide; message content; and technical, device, and usage information generated when the site is requested. We use these categories for the purposes described above and disclose them to hosting, authentication, application, and email-delivery service providers for business operations. We do not sell this information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics. If a state privacy law gives you additional rights, you may exercise them by contacting privacy@lometa.si.
International visitors
Lometa is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in countries where they or their service providers operate. Where required by law, we use applicable contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. Contact us if you would like more information about transfer safeguards.
Security and third-party sites
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. The site may link to third-party websites; their own privacy notices and practices apply when you visit them.
Children and changes
The public website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website. We may update this notice as our services or practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another appropriate channel where required.
